Culture Change Foundation is registered in Warsaw, Poland, and works internationally, including with organisations in Germany and through a developing project presence in Berlin.

The foundation is led by Katarzyna Olechowska, an Ericksonian coach who works with people and teams engaged in long-term ecological and animal protection work.

Her work is based on reflective dialogue and process-oriented support. It creates space to pause, observe, and work with the emotional and organisational complexity that often accompanies long-term change work.

Drawing on 18 years of professional experience across film and television production, economics, global development, and NGO management, she brings an interdisciplinary perspective to supporting people for social and ecological change.

Alongside her professional work, she has spent over 13 years exploring the relationship between people and nature through photography as a personal practice of observation and reflection.

She believes that meaningful action needs space — to pause, notice, and reflect together.
