Culture Change Foundation is an independent initiative based in Warsaw, Poland, and working internationally from Berlin, Germany.

The foundation is led by Katarzyna Olechowska, an Ericksonian coach working with leaders and decision-makers involved in long-term organisational initiatives.

Through reflective dialogue and process-oriented support, Katarzyna helps leaders clarify direction, priorities, and next steps in complex organisational contexts.

Katarzyna Olechowska brings together 18 years of professional experience with interdisciplinary education in film & TV production, economics, global development, NGO management, and Ericksonian coaching.

Alongside her professional work, she has spent more than a decade exploring places and spaces through photography as a personal practice of observation and reflection.

She believes that meaningful action begins with space to pause, observe, and reflect together.
