Pilot Project
The project is designed for environmental and conservation organisations working on long-term change in how societies relate to nature, animals, and ecological sustainability.
It may be relevant for organisations that are:
developing or refining a long-term initiative
moving from strategy to implementation
navigating complex organisational or institutional conditions
Purpose
The purpose of this pilot is to explore whether dedicated space for reflection and strategic dialogue can strengthen long-term environmental and conservation work.
The conversations are intended to help leaders step back from day-to-day demands, reflect on strategic questions, clarify priorities, and consider different perspectives when navigating complex decisions.
The programme supports participating organisations while also informing the future development of Culture Change Foundation.
What to expect
4 individual conversations over approximately 8 weeks
focused on strategic reflection, exploring complex situations, and decision-making
an opportunity to clarify priorities, explore different perspectives, and strengthen confidence in strategic decisions
participation is free of charge as part of the pilot programme
Format
The process is based on structured conversation, reflection, and exploration of strategic questions. It does not rely on consulting, expert advice, or predefined solutions. These conversations create a space to reflect on complex situations, strategic questions, and organisational priorities, supporting thoughtful decision-making.
Sessions are held online.
